Grade XAB748 is made of thick TiCN and Al2O3 coating which has a high anti-plastic yield and cutting edge strength and is a preferred universal grade from steel finishing to roughing. It holds steady in tough cutting conditions and can be used for dry-cutting. The cutting speed can increase more than 25% under the same cutting conditions and they will last 30% longer at the same cutting speed. Works well in high heat situations and offers wear resistance on alloys, stainless steel and ductile iron. Widely used chipbreaker is used for semi-finishing and finishing of steel & stainless steel.
