We stand behind the tooling we sell. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days may be declined or subject to additional fees at our discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- New, unused, and in resalable condition, with no signs of installation, wear, or modification;
- In their original packaging, including all inserts, cases, and documentation;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

- Used, installed, sharpened, reground, or modified tooling;
- Special-order, custom, or made-to-order items;
- Closeout, clearance, or final-sale items (marked as such);
- Items missing original packaging or components.

Restocking Fee

Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover inspection and repackaging. Any applicable fee will be communicated before your return is processed.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at esanchez@machinexsupplies.com or 909.206.4658 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice. Many products are also covered by the original manufacturer's warranty; we're happy to help facilitate a warranty claim.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy above.
