Shipping policy

We want your tooling on your bench and cutting as fast as possible. This policy explains how and when your MACHINEX order ships.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day. Large, oversized, or special-order items may require additional handling time — we'll notify you if so.

Shipping Rates

- Flat-rate shipping: $14.95 on standard orders within the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping: on orders of $250 or more (before tax), shipped within the contiguous U.S.
- Oversized, heavy, or freight items (e.g., machines, large vises, presses) may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you with a quote before processing if extra charges apply.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selecting the most efficient option for your order and location. Typical ground delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations, please contact us for availability and a shipping quote before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days with photos so we can file a claim and make it right. For lost packages, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
