The plate has two hardened side rails and one locking strap. The gage block set is grade AS-2(B) +/-50 millionths. These blocks Meet or exceed Federal GGG-G-15C. They are made of the highest quality tool steel with a surface hardness of HRC 64. The blocks are supplied in a fitted case with sizes labeled. Blocks included in set are 9 blocks that are .1001" thru .1009" with a step of .0001", 49 blocks that are .101" thru .149" with a step of .001", 19 blocks that are .050" thru .950" with a step of .050" and 4 blocks that are 1.000" thru 4.000" with a step of 1.000".
